If you lose your device, there's nothing we can do. Upgraded purchases don’t include theft or loss insurance. If your device is lost or stolen you still have to pay the remaining balance on your Citizens Pay Line of Credit.
If you device is damaged, your AppleCare+ plan is the best way to get it repaired.
