If you originally financed your device with Citizens Pay and you're interested in upgrading, you’re welcome to do so!
However, please note: all new purchases and upgrades are now processed through Affirm, our new financing partner. That means if you'd like to upgrade, you'll need to:
Place a new order through our site and select Affirm at checkout. This means you will need to reapply through Affirm and go through a credit check.
Return your current device.
Continue making payments to Citizens Pay on your original plan until your return is processed and your account is settled.
Once your return is accepted, your loan with Citizens Pay will be closed. You’ll then manage your new payment plan with Affirm.
