If your package is marked as delivered but didn’t arrive at your address, or the delivery photo shows it was left somewhere unfamiliar, don’t worry, we’ll help sort it out!
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered early, or drop it off without a required signature. We recommend first checking with neighbors or a front desk (if applicable), just in case it was delivered nearby. If it’s still missing, we’ll open a claim with UPS and stay in touch while they investigate. You won’t be left hanging.
