What happens if it's my time to upgrade?
Your Citizens Pay loan runs for 36 months. At month 24, you will be notified by us about the upgrade option, and you can upgrade to a new device and finance it through our new partner, Affirm. If you choose not to upgrade, continue paying through month 36 with Citizens Pay, and the device is yours to keep at the end of the term.
Can I still make payments?
Yes. Even if your account is closed for new purchases, you must continue your monthly payments until the balance is paid in full.
