What happens to my credit after a return or cancellation?

If you finance your plan with Affirm, we'll process the refund, and Affirm will apply it to your account. This could take up to 3-5 business days.

If you finance your plan with Citizens Pay, the credit from your Citizens Pay line of credit will be released back to your account automatically after we receive the device back. Once we process the cancellation or receive your returned device, your available credit should update almost instantly in your Citizens Pay account. There's no need to reapply or contact the bank, your credit will be ready to use again right away.
